1. Acceptance
By using wedrink.ai, the WeDrink Care mini-program or app, or any BevBar service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
WeDrink Robotics operates a beverage operating system consisting of BevBar hardware, WeDrink Care software, food-safety and supply-chain infrastructure, and a territory operator network. Availability, models deployed, and specific offerings vary by location and may change without notice.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Users of WeDrink Care must be at least 14 years old (or the digital-consent age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are displayed at the point of transaction. In the event of a machine fault or product-quality issue, contact the operator listed on the BevBar or reach WeDrink Care support. Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with the applicable consumer-protection laws of the jurisdiction where the transaction occurred.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including tampering with BevBar hardware, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, using our services for unlawful purposes, or infringing the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on our sites and in our products belong to WeDrink Robotics or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our marks or content beyond the limited access necessary to use the services as intended.
7. Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeDrink Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction. Certain regional deployments may be governed by local operator agreements.
